Son of a bigger father

Dear friends and listeners....Simon Stockhausen, born 05.06.1967 in Bensberg,  is a German composer and multi-instrumentalist, the son of Karlheinz Stockhausen and Mary Bauermeister and brother of Markus Stockhausen. He develops music for TV, cinema documentaries and fiction films, and also composes music for theatre and contemporary music ensembles. As a musician (keyboards, piano, electronics, drums and soprano sax), Simon has performed with people like Lalo Shifrin, Vince Mendoza, Peter Erskine, the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Ensemble Modern, and of course with his father's ensembles. The Stockhausen brothers have released numerous albums for labels like ECM, EMI and LARGO......This Simon's work, out in 1992 for BM Rec. is tagged how modern jazz or electronic jazz with a sprinkle of ambient....pick up a look....HERE ....zero
